Punk Is Not.. Patch

It says a lot about the moment we’re living in that something this obvious even needs to be spelled out. Punk was built on community, rebellion, and looking out for the people the world tries to push down — yet here we are, in a time where gatekeepers, bigots, and bad-faith grifters are trying to twist punk into something it never was.
The fact that anyone has to clarify that punk is not conservative, transphobic, homophobic, xenophobic, fascist, racist, or sexist is honestly depressing. But that’s exactly why statements like this matter. It’s a reminder — and a refusal. A refusal to let ignorance rewrite the culture, and a reminder of what punk has always stood for: solidarity, compassion, and fighting the real enemies, not each other..
